‘Descendants of The Sun’ : Make Fans Fall in Love All Over Again
Let me just say, OH. MY. GOD
This is the drama that brought me back from the dead and got me to start this downward spiral of staring to watch all the Koreans drama out there–AND I LOVE IT!
A Sneak Peek Into The Story :
Shi-Jin (Song Jong-Ki) is the captain of the special forces and was on his day off when he caught a motorcycle thief, who then was injured and brought to the hospital. That was where he met this stunning sassy doctor, Mo-Yeon (Song Hey-Kyo) who at first believed that Shi-Jin was the one who got the thief beaten and lied that he is a soldier so that he would not get in trouble, eventually relented after Shi-Jin was able to prove that he in fact, is really a soldier.
From there on, their relationship started to progress and they started to fall for each other, however one being a doctor and another being the captain of the special forces does put a strain on a relationship, eventually, under the stress of their responsibilities to their jobs, they decided to call it quits. However, a strange turn of fate brought them together again, 8 months later, in Uruk.
The Review :
I just cannot explain to you how much I love this drama, it gives me all the feels, all the emotions and just everything. This drama is literally like a package filled with rainbows and unicorns that fell straight from heaven. I just want to say thank you to all the production team, the actors and actresses, the script writer who has graced my life with such a masterpiece.
The plot is fast-paced, and in every single episode there is always something new going on so it sure to be able to catch your attention. In this drama it is filled with just enough romance and action, so it will always keep you on the edge of your seat waiting for what is going to happen next.
All the characters are so lovable. Yes, there is the romance thing going on between the male and female lead, but the second female and male lead’s romance is just as heart-wrenching, if not more. There are times where I don’t know who I support more, is it the first lead or the second lead.
I just adore all these characters so much. I have watched this drama for 3 times now, and it still gives me all that lovey-dovey feelings every single time. This is really a must watch drama, if you haven’t watched it, you really should give this a shot.
