Valentine’s Month: 14 Swoon-worthy Romance Novels Handpicked Just For You

Lately I’ve been so busy binge reading novels that I forgot this is the month of love, or as I like to call it, Valentine’s Month. Because why celebrate love for just a day when you can do it for a whole month?

Plus, if you know me, then you also know that there is nothing that I love more than love––other than food, that is. Over the past few years, your girl have read hundreds of books, and as we can all imagine, romance novels make up for a good 80% of it.

Yes, yes. I love my swoon-worthy romance with their drool-worthy characters that made me scream into my pillows whenever I read about them. I’m trashy that way.

1. Pride and Prejudice

Genre : Classics, Historical Fiction, Romance

Type   : Standalone

Status : Published

BLURB  :

Since its immediate success in 1813, Pride and Prejudice has remained one of the most popular novels in the English language. Jane Austen called this brilliant work “her own darling child” and its vivacious heroine, Elizabeth Bennet, “as delightful a creature as ever appeared in print.” The romantic clash between the opinionated Elizabeth and her proud beau, Mr. Darcy, is a splendid performance of civilized sparring. And Jane Austen’s radiant wit sparkles as her characters dance a delicate quadrille of flirtation and intrigue, making this book the most superb comedy of manners of Regency England.

Special Agent Ty Grady is pulled out of undercover work after his case blows up in his face. He’s cocky, abrasive, and indisputably the best at what he does. But when he’s paired with Special Agent Zane Garrett, it’s hate at first sight. Garrett is the perfect image of an agent: serious, sober, and focused, which makes their partnership a classic cliche: total opposites, good cop-bad cop, the odd couple. Practically before their special assignment starts, the murderer strikes again this time at them. Now on the run, trying to track down a man who has focused on killing his pursuers, Grady and Garrett will have to figure out how to work together before they become two more notches in the murderer’s knife.
