Hi Summer, Hi New Korean Dramas –– 8 Upcoming Kdramas in June

Summer is just around the corner! We are all more than happy to chuck them hoodies and winter jackets in the closet and chill on the beach with our new summer dress + Korean dramas.

I have to admit though, Korean drama and Kpop have been taking the world by storm these past few years. In the previous decade, it has been Asia but these days even the Americas and Europe are all in on the hype. Plus, I don’t know if this is just me or if everyone is feeling the same way too, but Kdrama quality––especially their CGI (Computer-generated imagery)––has gotten so much better.

Obviously, for someone who has been keeping an eye on the Korean entertainment industry for a while, I am more than happy to see that they have reached such levels of worldwide recognition that they do today. I am definitely interested to see where the Korean entertainment industry will be in the next decade. Until then, however, I will be chillin’ here with my homies and munch on KBBQs while I enjoy my Kdramas.
